What are some good tips that you could share with someone looking for a new home?

Having the right realtor by your side can be your secret weapon when starting your house-hunting journey. My journey involved closely studying different submarkets in Houston, giving me an in-depth knowledge of the city's diverse neighborhoods. I find immense joy in helping clients discover their dream homes. My advice to clients is to look at as many houses as you can! This exploration helps you figure out what you truly want (and don’t want) in a home. As a real estate enthusiast, I make it a point to join my clients on property visits. This hands-on approach lets me help them notice things they might miss and be actively involved in their home-buying journey.

What makes you stand out from all other realtors?

Having been on both sides of buying and selling many times, I intimately understand the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with it. I take pride in ensuring effective communication and handling things with urgency. Throughout the entire process, I keep my clients in the loop, because let’s face it – nobody wants to anxiously wonder about the fate of their offer without updates. I go the extra mile, even if it’s just a quick “still waiting, will let you know ASAP” text, to show my clients that they are at the forefront of my mind and a top priority of my time.
